Steps to receive our service

  1. Contact Clasped Hands on 1300 000 000 or 0470 000 000 to arrange a meeting.
  2. In the first meeting, we will walk through your NDIS plan, discuss the services required and how we can best support you in achieving your NDIS goals. We will encourage you to share information about yourself i.e. name, NDIS number, medical condition and preferences.
  3. We will create a service agreement, we will go through the agreement together and if you are satisfied, we will onboard you.
  4. A dedicated coordinator will be assigned to work closely with you.
  5. Your coordinator will arrange a meeting with you to complete the forms and to collect any relevant reports or information from you that you want to share with us.
  6. Your coordinator will introduce you to a suitable support worker based on your preference.
  7. Services will commence based on the agreement.
